The introductory notes to Ephesians in the Scofield Reference Bible says of this letter that "It contains the highest church truth". as such some of it may be hard to understand or to put into context.
In these notes James Poole does a first-class job of leaving the obvious unsaid, but of commenting upon those parts which need expansion and explanation. As such all believers will find this work and excellent companion when mediating upon the word of Ephesians. |
