The Apostle Paul has often been considered a controversial character. Some writers have suggested that on certain doctrines he changed his mind. Other claim that as Paul grew older he developed his theology and changed some of his teachings.

In this booklet Michael Penny shows that God told Ananias that Paul would have two different ministers: "This man is my chosen vessel to carry my name before the Gentiles and their kings and before the people of Israel (Acts 9:19) This booklet shows what these two ministries, plus a later third one given to Paul, had in common and where they differed, it also explains why they differed.
