Vicky Wilkinson was born in Hull, East Yorkshire, in 1945 and was educated at Sidmouth High School and Hull College of Commerce. She worked as a shorthand typist before marrying and having four sons. She then returned to the workforce carrying out secretarial services for a local firm in Hull, where she lives with her husband and enjoys retirement.
Vicky Wilkinson was initially contacted by the Jehovah’s Witnesses and was attracted to their position. However, through reading the Bible she came to see that salvation was by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, who was not ‘a’ God, but was ‘the’ God manifest in the flesh. She is a great advocate of the incarnation. Her story is told in her booklet From Darkness to Glory.
