In Matthew 16:13-16 the Lord asked the disciples what people said about Him, who did they think He was. What were their answers?
Some answers were understandable; e.g. He was Elijah. Other had with a grain of truth; e.g. He was a prophet.
Some were odd; e.g. He was Jeremiah. However, none were correct.
Then He turned to His disciples and asked them. What was their answer?
And what about today? Who do people, today, say Jesus is? Again, some answers may be understandable. Other may have a grain of truth, but are incomplete. How many people today know and appreciate who Jesus is? Do all Christians? Do you?
