The Temple in the New Testament

St. Stephen's Church, Upper Basildon, Reading, RG8 8LU.

14.00 - 17.00 Saturday 5th August 2023.

There are two 'temples' of God in the New Testament: the Jerusalem temple and the bodies of believers.

In this conference, in two sessions, Michael Penny looks at all the events in the New Testament which took place in the Jerusalem. With many pictures and diagrams, we learn the differences between the Court of the Gentiles, the Court of Women, the Court of (Jewish) Men and the Court of the Priests. We find out where the Holy Place is and Solomon's Colonnade and the temple treasury and the Beautiful Gate ... and much more like .... where is the Abomination of Desolation to be set up?

In between these two session, W M Henry will deal with what the New Testament says about the bodies of believers and how we are all being built into a temple.
