Collection: Nico Baalbergen

Sadly Nico Baalbergen is no longer with us. He was born in 1924 in Haarlem near Amsterdam in the Netherlands. He read language and literature at the University of Utrecht and went to live in New Zealand from 1950 to 1958, before returning to the Netherlands.

He then read theology at the University of Utrecht after which he worked in Christian Radio and the teaching profession where he taught religious education, until he retired. He then opened a Christian Bookshop in Aalten which he ran for a number of years.
