2 Timothy 2:15 states “ Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, RIGHTLY DIVIDING the word of truth.”
Modern translation have it slightly different: “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who CORRECTLY HANDLES the word of truth.
So what does it means to ‘rightly divide’ or ‘correctly handle’? It is important to know these answers to such question if we do not want to be ashamed of how we handle the word of truth.
