When Paul was saved on the Damascus Road he was given a twofold commission :
“This man is my chosen instrument to carry my name
- before the Gentiles and their kings and
- before the people of Israel.”
(Acts 9:15)
And this he did in the lands outside Israel, visiting first, everywhere he went, the Jewish synagogues. But what did this Apostle to the Gentiles have to say to those Jews in the synagogues of the dispersion?
