The book of Job has had little appeal to the majority of Christians. Consequently little is known of it apart from the odd quote such as, “I know that my Redeemer lives” (19:25) and that it is about the suffering of a righteous man.
However, in short compass, the author gives an excellent over-view and brings out the main features of this very early book.
This is a book which deals with both the problem of the ages (suffering) and the deep things of God.
