In S Van Mierlo’s previous book, The Teachings of the Apostle Paul, he explained that, while the Twelve Apostles of the circumcision limited themselves to Israel and the goal of a kingdom upon the earth, Paul went further and considered not only the earth but also the heavenly and “above-heavenly” spheres. Paul made known to us all that God has prepared for us by His grace.
In spite of Israel’s failure, and in spite of the unfaithfulness of Christians in general, we may, as individuals, attain regeneration, become a new creation and, ultimately, attain perfection. The aim of this book – The Way of Salvation – is to define what humanity is, what we must do for salvation, and how we can arrive perfection. Simply put … it is to explain the good, acceptable and perfect will of God.
